Employ Health’s 8-Week Health Challenge is a comprehensive and engaging program designed for workplaces in Australia and New Zealand. Completely voluntary for participants, it offers a unique blend of individualised health assessments, goal setting and educational content aimed at fostering positive lifestyle changes.

First, we assess each employee’s biometric information. The worker’s initial biometric results are then recorded and discussed with the physiotherapist. Based on the results, goals are then set with a plan on how to improve results in 8 weeks. Capacity assessments can also be performed to set a baseline for the worker if required. Throughout the 8 weeks, workers are provided educational content on how to improve their lifestyle before being reassessed at the end of the corporate health challenge.
The 8-Week Health Challenge consists of the initial assessment where the worker undertakes a biometric analysis. This provides participants with a comprehensive snapshot of their current health. Participants are also provided with a health habits booklet to record results and assist them in setting goals and hold them accountable for changing negative health habits. Workers receive weekly health emails on topics such as:

As a leading performer in Workplace Health, Employ Health’s team of physiotherapists are all held to an extremely high standard of performance. Physiotherapists conducting the 8-Week Health Challenge training are regularly reviewed internally and undergo extensive training to ensure that professional and meticulous assessments are conducted every time.
Employ Health currently provides the 8-Week Health Challenge across a wide range of workplaces and industries. We recognise the fact that different workplaces and roles will have different requirements that do not benefit a one-size fits all approach. Prior to commencing the challenge we will establish the individual requirements of the workplace and adapt the challenge and processes to meet the needs of the partner.
Participation is completely voluntary. The health challenge is open to all employees of a partnering workplace.
Results are measured using biometric scales with results then entered into a database and interactive booklet to be provided to the worker.
Absolutely! Prior to commencing the challenge Employ Health will hold a logistics and planning meeting to ensure processes and the assessment meets the workplaces’ individual needs.
