Health and Safety Responsibilities for Supervisors include: facilitating early injury intervention, providing suitable work duties for the injured worker, risk identification & management, and creating a supportive work environment.
Training is usually conducted in-person for supervisors with a practical assessment at the end of the session. Training can also be utilised on virtual platforms as required.
